History of Manchester United
Manchester was one of the fastest expanding cities throughout the Industrial Revolution, thanks in large part to an influx of workers from various regions of the British Isles.
By 1900, Manchester had grown from a little village in the early nineteenth century to one of Europe’s largest cities, with over one million people living there.
